Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable due to our sending the first segment of the overall course (FAA General Study Guide, FCC Element 1) immediately upon receipt of the registration and the deposit. The first segment is sent automatically to each student in order to quicken their study and testing while in class, thus shortening the overall time and lodging expenses incurred.

All remaining tuition is expected to be paid on the first day of class. If a problem arises and the student has a legitimate reason for dropping the course, the remainder of the tuition will be returned if written request is received within 72 hours from receiving the materials or the first day of class, whichever is first.
